Jayden Joseph
Owner
Jayden is the owner of Hi-Def Safety Ltd. She graduated from the University of Manitoba's Asper School of Business in 2019 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree. Jayden was also on the board for the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA) Manitoba Chapter for the 2019/20 year.

She is in good standing with the province of Manitoba as a Licensed Industrial Audiometric Technician and is also qualified to perform Qualitative Respiratory Fit Testing.

Jayden is a DOT Certified Drug and Alcohol Collection and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Brad Joseph
Trainer
Brad has been a Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of Winnipeg and the Province of Manitoba for over 30 years. He is in good standing with the province of Manitoba as a Licensed Industrial Audiometric Technician and qualified to perform Quantitative Respiratory Fit Testing.
Brad is a Canadian Red Cross Certified CPR/First Aid Instructor as well as an H2S Alive Training Instructor certified by Energy Safety Canada and has extensive knowledge in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Sandy Joseph
Owner of Sister Company Industrial Health and Safety Solutions
Sandy is the owner of the sister company Industrial Health and Safety Solutions. She has worked with a leading Audiologist in past years doing hearing testing and fitting hearing aids.
She is in good standing with the province of Manitoba as a Licensed Industrial Audiometric Technician and is qualified to perform Quantitative Respiratory Fit Testing.
Natalie Raitt
Technician
Natalie is the newest member of Hi-Def Safety Ltd. She is is in good standing with the Province of Manitoba as a Licensed Industrial Audiometric Technician, as well as being able to perform Qualitative Respiratory Fit Testing!

Natalie has worked in the health care industry with seniors for over 20 years, and is a great new addition to our team!
Joel Gervais
Substance Abuse Professional and Addictions Specialist
Joel is an Addictions and Training Specialist with many years working in the private and public sector in the area of mental health and addictions. Joel has worked for 15+ years with the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba as a Rehabilitation Counselor and Prevention Education Consultant.
Joel is a DOT Certified Drug and Alcohol Collection Professional, and holds the designation of Internationally Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and Substance Abuse Professional.
